I paid 0 Yen for a double room with air con
We booked this before our trip to Japan and found it on the internet under cheap hotels. This Ryokan (hotel) was a contemporary take on a traditional theme. Room was clean and just big enough as the futon bed had to be rolled out & in each morning (other rooms looked bigger - I guess we pulled the short straw!). The room had groovy mood lighting and a TV with DVD player (DVDs were free to rent from reception). Toilets and showers were shared but always clean and presentable. Breakfast was the best French Toast in the world!! oh and there was internet connection for those people who can't live without it! OVERALL: I recommend this hotel if you want a good value room (can't actually remember the room rate), friendly atmosphere and close to a subway station for total city connectivity. |
