I paid 55000 Kip for a double room with fan
A nice place and not a bad price by Vientiane standards. We've stayed here twice and usually check it out when we get to town. I think theres 8 rooms available, 4 fan and 4 aircon. The aircon was the same price as the fan but Laos in November isn't too hot at night and the aircon had a bit of a funny smell. Very clean and the staff are friendly. Only complaints would be legroom sitting on the toilet, you have to sit sideways! and the lack of external windows creates a gloomy feel to the room. I'd like a padlock on the door or a security box too, but Laos is pretty safe and we didn't have any security problems while there. |
