I didn't stay here.
A very nice place to stay but make sure you have a room on the ground, 1st. or 2nd. floor overlooking the courtyard garden as the rooms at the front of the hotel are a bit claustrophobic; You get breakfast here too. I phoned from Luang Prabang to book a room and on arrival was offered a room on the 4th. floor as I was told the place was fully booked; my girlfriend didn't like the room and a room on the second floor materialised; by this time she was p****ed off and we went to another hotel she had stayed at before. I still rate this place and would have taken the room on the 2nd. floor as the view was nice and the courtyard garden makes it worth extra bucks for the serenity. it is also close to the fountain and Joma Coffee Shop which is a plus for me. |
